Wear It or Swap It for Credit

We want you to love what you wear. If it is not quite right, we make it easy to get you into something that is.


14 Day Store Credit

Ordered the wrong size? Changed your mind on the style? No stress. Return it within 14 days of delivery for store credit, then reorder the piece you really want.

How it works:

  1. Email support@afterfive.studio within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and the item you would like to return
  3. We will send you return instructions
  4. Ship your item back to us (you cover return shipping)
  5. Once it arrives and passes inspection, we issue your store credit within 2 to 3 business days
  6. Use your credit to reorder the right size or a new style whenever you are ready

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Store credit is for the product value (return and original shipping are not credited)
  • Credit is valid for 12 months
  • Not available on sale items or swimwear

Why credit and not a straight swap? It is honestly faster for you. You pick exactly what you want in the size you want, rather than waiting on us to send a single replacement back and forth.


Arrived Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong? We Fix It Free

If something arrives defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, or missing from your order, that is on us. Your choice of a full refund or a replacement, with no fees.

You are covered if:

  • The item is faulty (stitching, fabric faults, and the like)
  • The item arrived damaged in transit
  • We sent the wrong item
  • Something is missing from your order

To claim:

  • Email us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (a short video helps too if you have one)
  • We may ask you to send the item back so we can take a look
  • We will sort your refund or replacement, your choice

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

We would rather help you get it right the first time. DM us on Instagram @afterfivestudio or email support@afterfive.studio with your measurements and we will find your perfect fit.

Our pieces can run smaller than standard Australian sizing, so it is worth checking the size guide on each product page before you order.


A Few Things to Know

  • All returns are inspected on arrival
  • Items returned without authorisation may not be accepted
  • We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. For protected delivery, choose Standard Shipping + Signature at checkout
  • Address changes cannot be made once your order has shipped
  • Customs and import delays are outside our control and vary by country

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@afterfive.studio within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, item name, and reason
  3. We will send return instructions and the address
  4. Ship your item back
  5. Once it arrives, we process your store credit or refund
