• Import tax & duties are included in standard shipping orders
• Express shipping orders will require to pay any import tax or duties that may occur.
• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order clears customs.
• If you are not home often, use a parcel collection address to avoid stolen packages. We are not responsible for parcels stolen after confirmed delivery.

• Exchanges for a different size or store credit are allowed within 14 days, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.
• We only offer refunds for missing or incorrect items, and you must provide a clear unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
• Customers cover return shipping costs, and each product is eligible for one size exchange only.
• Due to high demand and limited stock availability from our brand partners, some items may sell out before your order is processed. If this happens, we will contact you with alternative options or a full refund.
