We only offer refunds for missing or incorrect items, and you must provide a clear unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of receiving your order. We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Exchanges for a different size or store credit are allowed within 3 days, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.
