If you usually wear a size S in Australia/UK, we recommend sizing up to a M for a more comfortable fit. Please check your measurements carefully before ordering, especially if you are between sizes, as this style is designed to feel firm and tailored.

If the item is a pre-order item, it means that the product will require 10 days production. Once the item production is complete, it will be shipped to you as normal based on what you selected for shipping, express or standard.

If you order multiple items in one order (which are pre-order and non pre-order), then the entire order will be held until the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse (as per the estimated date).

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order clears customs.
• If you are not home often, use a parcel collection address to avoid stolen packages. We are not responsible for parcels stolen after confirmed delivery.

• Exchanges for a different size or store credit are allowed within 14 days, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.
• We only offer refunds for missing or incorrect items, and you must provide a clear unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of receiving your order.
