If the item is a pre-order item, it means that the product will require 10 days production. Once the item production is complete, it will be shipped to you as normal based on what you selected for shipping, express or standard.

Due to high demand and limited stock availability from our brand partners, some items may sell out before your order is processed. If this happens, we will contact you with alternative options or a full refund.

We only offer refunds for missing or incorrect items, and you must provide a clear unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of receiving your order. We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Exchanges for a different size or store credit are allowed within 3 days, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached. Customers cover return shipping costs, and each product is eligible for one size exchange only. Since sizing may vary by 1-3 cm, we recommend DMing us for assistance before ordering.
